Built on the top of the Village of Chénas in the Rhône, Castle Lambert was built in 1690 by the family Lambert, Captain under Louis XVI. In 1783, he was given up to a local family to become a wine growing estate. In 1802, Castle Lambert becomes a Convent to teach the girls of the region.
The history of the Castle wants that Napoleon Bonaparte stops a few days in 1811 during its Spanish Civil War there.
Finally, in 1905 until our days, Castle Lambert became again renowned wine growing estate where its wine Moulin à Vent (Windmill), a famous Gamay vine, counts among the most vintage of the Beaujolais region.
The famous guide Bétane moreover gave him a rib of 17/20 in 2005.

Castle dating 1690 situated to Chénas in the Beaujolais region, between Fleurie and Saint the Amur.
The house consists of a main house, of one wine storehouses, of a cuvage, two dependences.
The property is completely closed by walls and surrounded with the vineyards(vines) which belong to him(her).

Lease with sharecropping with Alain Margerand, wine grower to Chénas. He obtained 17/20 in the guide of wines " Béthane " the rights and duties which ensue from this lease are the ones common on the subject for a lease with sharecropping.
In main lines, the owner obliges to give the vineyard(vine), l wine storehouse, the phytosanitary products, the plantations of replacement. In return, the wine grower obliges to maintain the vineyard(vine), to harvest the harvest, to convert into wine it and to deliver half of the wine to the owner. There is neither salary nor rent. Our obligation is to accommodate the vintagers, in decent conditions of accommodation and hygiene during the grape harvest of our vineyards (estimated in 2 days). However, beyond the usual manners, we have an agreement with Mister Margerand to accommodate the vintagers during all the work (approximately 8 days).
To note however that for four years Mister Margerand accommodates somewhere else his vintagers.
As regards the bottling we take care of it with a professional who comes to make him in the Castle.
We assure the storage, the labeling and the marketing.
The wine is sarl and the company is capable of pursuing the sale of the production after the sale of the castle.
The Price :
Considering all these things the price requested is around 3 millions US dollars.
